Politique d’expédition

We process orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS. Standard shipping is free on orders $100 (before tax, after discounts). Orders under $100 ship at a simple flat rate shown at checkout. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery for standard shipping is 5–10 business days after dispatch (remote areas or peak seasons may take longer). We deliver to most addresses within our service region; some oversized items or restricted locations may have limited delivery options.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update addresses only before an order is processed—contact support as soon as possible. Your order may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost, each with its own tracking link.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, check the tracking and contact our support team promptly (include photos for damaged items). We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
