Orders & Shipping

Yes—free standard shipping on orders $99+ (before tax, after discounts). Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

We process orders in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.

Absolutely. A tracking link is emailed/SMS’d as soon as your order ships.

Contact us ASAP. We can update addresses only before the order is processed or shipped.

To speed things up, some items ship separately. You’ll get tracking for each package.

Returns & Exchanges

A: We offer 30-day easy returns on unused items in original packaging. Start your return through [Help Center/Returns].

Final-sale items, installed/used parts, and custom orders are typically non-returnable. See our Return Policy for details.

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank processing may take 3–7 business days).
